IT DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY RISK FOCUS - GLOBAL BANK

Our client is a prestigious bank with strong presence in the worldwide. They are now looking for a Technology Risk professional in Hong Kong to lead the team in charge of IT operations, remediation plans and regulatory guidelines with internal IT stakeholders to make sure the services to internal users.

You will be liaising internal assessments on regulatory-related Technology Risk Management, tracking HK regulatory changes through working with relevant SMEs. You will coordinate annual HKMA ICA, perform annual the annual drills with HKICL and related systems, organize work on the IT Onsite Operations and supervise local vendors on IT Support services. You will also work closely with the Regional and Global Team on internal processes and delivery to provide execution support on any changes. You will monitor the IT operational work for Server, Network, Storage, back and data replication system support, End user computing and 3rd Party systems and market data systems.

To qualify, you must have at least 10-15 years of client-facing IT experience in the financial industry with good knowledge IT support/ IT Control Risk. You should have hands on experience in dealing with HKMA/SFC IT regulations. Project Management skills will be required. You will have strong command of Microsoft Desktop and networking protocols and administration. You should have good communications skills in English and Cantonese and Mandarin.
