Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee IT audit engagements from planning to reporting, ensuring adherence to professional standards and internal methodologies.
Develop and execute risk-based audit plans, focusing on IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and data security.
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls, identifying deficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
Mentor and develop junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
10-20 years of progressive experience in IT audit, risk management, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, CPA, or CA are highly preferred.
Expertise in IT control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT) and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Strong understanding of modern IT architectures, cloud computing, cybersecurity principles, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing audit teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated adaptability and intellectual curiosity to keep pace with rapidly evolving technology and risk landscapes.
