  • Responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation and ongoing operation / maintenance of IT systems infrastructure
  • Performs configuration management for all inter-networked LAN segments and WAN facilities with NCC
  • Studies and proposes solutions on network areas to support the Group's new business directions and initiatives, including Fintech initiatives
  • Assists in development and maintenance of LAN environments including internally developed and externally supplied applications
  • Maintains the security and integrity of the inter-network of LANs and single systems
  • Performs first level 7x24 problem determination, resolution and management for all customer problems in the LAN and Desktop environments
  • Provides production system support for all database, hardware and operating system for all servers and network infrastructure, including implementation, migration, troubleshoot and upgrade
  • Performs inter-network performance management, capacity planning and traffic analysis
  • Provides technical support on traditional PABX, IP PABX and Voice Recording System. Design and enhance the functionalities of IP PABX system to fulfil business user requirements and DR requirements
  • Manages vendor performance to ensure their service standard meets SLA
  • Participates in head office relocation project




  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical support area in financial services industry
  • Excellent client management skill and able to prioritize, multitask and follow established procedures to attain positive results when resolving customer issues
  • Familiar with Linux, Windows, UNIX, DB2, Oracle, SQL and supporting of SAN storage and VMware environment
  • Good team management and organizational skill and able to work independently and communicate well with stakeholders at all level, including senior management
  • Certification in project management and/ or technical support management is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good comment in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
