IT/Support Analyst

The role will be split between general desktop support and priority executive support for Capco APAC. While in the office, the engineer would participate in normal day-to-day support queries and be the first point of contact for the CEO and other senior executives within Capco.

Let’s Get Down To Business

Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our in house IT support team. The successful individual will have had First Line experience in supporting VIP & executive members of staff.
They must have a good customer service background, with great ability to accurately resolve queries face to face as well as over the phone and email.

The role will be split between general desktop support and priority executive support for Capco APAC. While in the office, the engineer would participate in normal day-to-day support queries and be the first point of contact for the CEO and other senior executives within Capco.

 

Responsibilities

- Handle first point escalation for all technical issues for APAC offices. Ownership of IT issues and coordination with other support and operation teams to resolve issues quickly
- Ensure proper logging, communication and fast resolution of issues, following ITIL structure
- Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware for Windows operating system and Apple OS related issues
- Provide general desktop support to user base, BAU via phone, email and desk side 
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting printers, plug and play devices, PDAs, Kiosk, MFD, iPhones, iPad etc. and all related issues
- Apple device support (airport, time capsule etc)

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role in a sizable institution
- Ability to communicate across organisational levels and work well under pressure
- Solid understanding of Windows and Apple client operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (2010 / 2016 / 365), MS Project, Visio, Adobe CC Suite, Outlook, Google Apps
- Professional and well presented at all times
- Highly organised- Able to work using own initiative- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent social skills 
- Handle stakeholder and network management across the company
