Position Purpose

Performs standard and complex secretarial duties for the IBA ENRPE Hong Kong team.


Handle all general secretarial duties, including:
  • Organize meetings / appointments and functions
  • Manage business travel logistics
  • Receive, handle and transfer of phone calls and messages within the department promptly and courteously. Visitor / telephone screening
  • Handling of internal / external correspondence as well as maintenance / filing of documents
  • Help to organize and coordinate on client events & invitations
  • Other ad hoc assignments
Other Responsibilities:
  • Support the update of client information for SB's portfolios
  • Prepare documents and presentation materials when necessary
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Direct contribution to the Bank's operational permanent control framework

Experience & Qualifications
  • Formal secretarial training
  • 5-8 years Secretarial or Team Assistant experience, preferably in banking & finance field or legal firm (fast pace environment)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
