Key responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
•Lead the Learning & Development fucntion
•Formulate, design, implement L&D strategies on people development of middle to senior employees and talent development
•Design learning and development programs for employees, including curriculum, learning activities and materials
•Source and manage the delivery and execution of learning programs
•Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage L&D projects, budgets and training schedule
•Engage with employees to support, advice and create a friendly learning environment

Talent Management:
•Lead the Talent Management function
•Support Line Managers to identify and develop talents and successors
•Support Line Managers on the annual performance evaluation process

Key requirements:
•University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or other related disciplines. Master degree of any of above disciplines is highly desirable
•Minimum 6 years' L&D experience in financial institutions or large MNCs
•Strong stakeholders management skills and excellent communication skills
•Self-starter, confident and articulate, able to work independently whilst operating with "one HR team" mentality
•Strong analytical and technical skills in talent assessment and development
•Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
