Responsibilities 

  • Drive product development and enhancement in retail banking business
  • Keep abreast of latest market trend, analyze customers’ behavior, key financial drivers and competitors’ strategy to sustain a continuous product growth and maintain competitiveness in the market
  • Assist in developing and implementing business initiatives to promote lending products to targeted retail and commercial clients
  • Support the development and on-going maintenance of product platforms
  • Establish and enhance collaboration protocol with various internal stakeholders (i.e. Legal, Compliance, IT, retail distributors)
  • Evaluate the operative efficiency of investment product
  • Engage in ad hoc projects


Requirements 

  • Bachelor degree in business or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail product development and marketing
  • Strong retail banking product knowledge​
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Cantonese & English
  • Proven product development/ management experience in investment financing or other wealth product areas
  • EO or RO qualification is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel; good Chinese and English spoken and written skill
