Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operation activities for the Bank’s Corporate Banking business, including but not limited to matters related to account opening, client on-boarding, due diligence, cheque clearing, credit administration, deposits, loans, remittance, treasury settlement, trade finance and cash management;
  • Supervise branch services team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality banking services;
  • Support new products, business initiatives, and regulations to ensure continuous improvement of all banking procedures;
  • Oversee new products implementation and involve in the complete product development cycle;
  • Monitor service delivery standards and provide recommendations to current processes and procedures;
  • Work closely with various relevant, including the Legal, Compliance, Sales & Marketing, and I.T. departments;
  • Provide necessary training and guidance for staff development.

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations in Corporate Banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
  • Good knowledge of operations processes and general practice, including client onboarding, credit administration, treasury operations, and trade finance;
  • Good communication skills, proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good leadership and multi-tasking skills.
