Duties:
- Manage and focus on driving sales to achieve the Interest Income and Non Fund Income budgets
- Identify new opportunities to drive business growth and profitability
- Cultivate and manage relationships with other areas to promote cross-selling
- Manage the product development and implementation of strategies
- Work closely with other related parties to ensure proper delivery of customer engagement model
- Enhance customer loyalty and stickiness through enhancing the service quality
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant working experience in the in the unsecured business (Other functional experience Credit / Sales preferred)
- Demonstrate a strong vision in the future with a forward-thinking mindset
- Track record of successful implementation of product variants and innovative customer offerings
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, work organization and client interfacing skills
- Customer-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Strong language proficiency, verbal and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) are essential
