With the progressive business expansion and new group direction, they are looking for a strategic and operational Head of HR in Hong Kong to join the small and collaborative HR team. You will be leading the country talent strategy and overseeing end-to-end HR Operations.
Reporting into the CEO, you will partner closely with business heads and shareholders to align group HR strategy with the business. In order to cater the progressive growth of the business, you will lead the recruitment process for some of the key/senior positions. Constantly reviewing compensation & benefit structure will be necessary to maintain the company's competitiveness to attract and retain talents. You team will also be responsible for HR compliance and governance to ensure policies are comply with regulations in Hong Kong. Ultimately this role will also lead the learning & development function to ensure healthy talent pipeline and strong talent competencies.
The Successful Applicants
You will be an accomplished HR leader with solid experience in regulated financial services company which based in Hong Kong. Additional working experience at Technology companies will be an absolutely advantage. You will be someone agile, efficient and creative and possess strong stakeholder management skills. You must also be comfortable in managing small team operating at both strategic and operational level. Complete fluency in Mandarin and English is essential to this role.
