One of the leading financial services organization is now expanding and is looking for a senior HR practitioner to join their business.

Reporting into the Executive Director HR, this is a broad role with emphasis on managing a team, to support and lead the regional C&B projects. The key responsibilities of the role includes:

  • design and propose salary review budget, increment guideline & policies across Asia
  • implement HR processes, systems, tools and organizational development initiatives in conjunction with corporate guidelines and goals
  • manage / review all  HR policies, employee handbook and to ensure compliance on internal HR documentations
  • provide strategic and operational HR management advice to senior stakeholder
  • to drive HR function with a partnership approach to deliver HR plans and objectives
  • manage HRIS implementation, request, cost and performance management process
  • to provide leadership and guidance to the firm in addressing people related
  • review and streamline processes for the business

Requirements:

  • excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • strong influencing skills
  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
  • experience with HRIS system would be useful
  • must be able to work with all levels of staff
