Our client, a leading Securities & Banking Financial Institution is seeking for an experienced Head of Customer Service to lead their team.
- Oversee a team of customer service officers
- Manage client account opening processes, including AML and KYC checks
- Manage periodic client due diligence reviews
- Handle enquiries via emails concerning account information, fund-in/fund-out, trading systems
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients
- Manage escalated complaint cases
- Support the implementation of FATCA requirements
