The Head of Broker Management will be responsible for developing, formulating and implementing the annual and long-term retail life sales and marketing strategy, development plan and overall corporate marketing strategies to develop new business, build and maintain relationships with sales channels, promote and elevate the corporate image and reputation to achieve company objectives for profitability and growth. The incumbent will develop and monitor sales channels, maintain customer satisfaction strategies and actions, maintain close business relationships with brokers and agents to ensure quality services are provided to retain the profitable business as well as continuing flow of favorable business opportunities. The jobholder will monitor the marketing support systems, ensure alignment among distribution, marketing and product strategies, analyze appropriate target marketing channels and develop the product strategies.
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Marketing/Commerce, preferably with a professional qualification in Life Insurance FLMI or equivalent. Those who have passed the IIQAS exam and SFC exam would be at an advantage. Applicants are required to have at least 10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing and Channel Management in the Life Insurance industry.
