Reporting to the Head of HR, your main tasks are to support recruiting, new hire onboarding, performance management and benefits/policies. You will manage and coordinate payroll and C&B, maintain the candidate tracking system and source/screen candidates and coordinate interviews, and you’ll ensure policies are adhered to and compliant with local laws.
To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of HR management experience in Financials with at least 2 years of managerial experience. You should be a self-starter who’s strong in multitasking, detail-oriented, has great communication and solid organizational skills, and you must be fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
