A well-establish asset management firm is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team.
Our client is a well-established asset management firm. They are currently seeking for a high calibre HR & Admin AM/Manager to join their organization. If you have 5 years plus of all-round HR experience and prefers to work in a dynamic environment, this will be an excellent opportunity for you to continue developing your HR career.


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment & selection process i.e. schedule interviews, maintain agency database, prepare contracts
  • Generate HR reporting for senior management’s periodic review
  • Carry out general HR duties i.e MPF, payroll, C&B, Visa, system maintenance and vendor management
  • Handle HR projects and system migration
  • Provide assistance in learning & development support including training, performance appraisal and management process
  • Supervise the Office Administrative Team including receptionist, office assistant, tea lady and driver for the day to day works
  • Responsible for office renovation works, company travel and office insurance renewal
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required
 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in HR functions in financial industry
  • Familiar with various HR processes (payroll, tax, employee benefits, visa)
  • Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
