Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will be responsible for the execution of transformation initiatives either on a project basis or focusing on overall increase in efficiency and effectiveness. You will partner with multiple departments and stakeholders within the business, and work with local markets and business units to recommend best practices to be implemented. You will also manage the change process and work with IT to maximize usage of existing systems and future developments.
You should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in process re-engineering/ HR transformation projects. Good knowledge of Performance/Talent, Compensation processes and payroll implementation is a definite plus. Excellent communication, project management, and team management skills are essential.
