My client is one of the regional HR solution leaders. With over 20 years of standing history of success and as part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position, the company is seeking an experienced HR Solution Sales Specialist to join the team.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
- A degree education required or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience of both business development, sales and marketing
- Experienced in selling to enterprise and mid-size companies
- Strong business sense with regional experience in IT solution (HR solution is preferred) provider business
- Native speaking in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
