Opportunity to join a sizable local Financial Group

Our client is one of the leading Financial Group with wide range of businesses in both Hong Kong and China. Currently they are seeking for a strategic HR business partner with strong recruitment experience to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build strong business relationships with business leaders in overseas offices which include United States, United Kingdom and other APAC countries;
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Proactively drive and support delivery of HR processes, engagement initiatives and issues
  • Act as a single point of contact for employees, supporting partners and managers with employee issues
  • Manage annual processes, such as performance and salary reviews
  • Provide support to employee development, including identifying needs across groups and working with internal contacts to offer solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 6 years of HR Generalist experience within financial services sector;
  • Strong knowledge in United States & United Kingdom employment ordinance;
  • Solid in recruitment with experience in liaising with regional countries;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication skills;
  • Strong communication skills with complete fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
