Role:

  • End to end HR role covering recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, MIS HR data analytics, policies and all HR related administration
  • Manage HR related strategic projects and play a pivotal role in designing and executing HR programs for the region
  • Develop and analyze employee data and surveys
  • Prepare presentation reports for management

Requirements:

  • Hands-on HR experience across a broad range of HR functions and preferably from the financial services sector
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in Singapore, Hong Kong
  • Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels from different culture and background
  • Self-starter and able to handle highly confidential information tactfully
