SG CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Société Générale Group. Present in over 50 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. SG CIB provides corporate, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients with value-added integrated financial solutions.

Mission

The HR Analytics specialist is responsible for providing new and impactful dashboards and for developing HR analytics culture across Asia. He oversees SSC-HR reporting team in Bangalore and monitors the timely delivery of HR reports.

The HR Analytics specialist is in charge of refining the data governance framework to enhance the delivery of HR analytics. He / she also takes part in technical enhancements and digitalisation initiatives.

The HR Analytics specialist works closely with both Asia and France HR teams, with the regional Business Partners / COOs. He / she reports to the Head of HR Analytics for Asia.


Main Responsibilities


Provide new and impactful dashboards and develop an HR analytics culture

  • Implement new dashboards focusing on business relevant areas
  • Provide executive summaries with actionable insights for key dashboards
  • Work closely with HR Asia teams and with regional Business Partners / COOs to co-design and co-construct new dashboards
  • Conduct change management actions
  • Collect market intelligence
  • Be aware of HR data and other relevant analytics initiatives run internally
  • Connect regularly with Paris on the HRIS masterplan
Oversight management of HR Shared Services reporting team in Bangalore (2-3 staff)
  • Manage performance of SSC-HR reporting team
  • Ensure the quarterly delivery of the quarterly HR Key Indicators report
  • Reinforce framework around automated reports, ensure exhaustiveness and homogeneity of data produced
  • Define the governance between onsite and offshore teams
Refine the data governance framework to enhance the delivery of HR analytics
  • Contribute to the rollout of the global HR data governance and data quality program in Asia
  • Conduct annual user recertification and educate users on data protection
  • Enhance user guides to fit the needs of users in Asia
  • Continue data glossary policies and data quality monitoring
  • Improve access rights management of shared folders
  • Propose, perform and follow-up technical enhancements
Lead or participate in digitalisation and innovation projects in Asia
