Description

  • Responsible for handling Fraud case investigation for all products under consumer bank
  • Maintain effective fraud detection with good balance of service & resources 
  • Handling of fraud referral from credit underwriting and branch operations 
  • Credit card fraud dispute chargeback monitoring
  • Fraud loss recognition
  • Manage Fraud MIS and regulatory reporting
  • Implement new anti-fraud solution
  • Design control program for consumer business operations 


Qualifications

  • University graduate with 5 years of relevant experience in fraud operations.  
  • Candidate is required to have a sound knowledge of prevailing fraud trend in the market, and the modus operandi of each fraud types
  • Excellent analytical skills to make sound judgment of each case
  • Good writing skills to report case findings, assessment, conclusion
  • Good knowledge of consumer bank products, fraud threat and measures to mitigate fraud
  • Good presentation and communication skills. Ability to deal confidently with all internal & external parties
