We are currently looking for a Senior Administrator to support the Hong Kong Distribution Services team in performing client-servicing and middle-office operational tasks.

Department Description

Distribution Services is responsible for providing client services to distributors and to provide middle office support to Intermediary business. Our goal is to ensure all operational related tasks are being processed effectively and efficiently. The team is responsible for liaising with business staff, clients and Retail Operations to drive for service excellence to meet the growing demands of business and clients.

Purpose of your role

This role is responsible for client servicing for Hong Kong Wholesale business. The jobholder has to work closely with Hong Kong Wholesale Sales team, Retail Operations and Hong Kong Distribution Services team to perform client-servicing and middle-office operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform client servicing activities locally including handling of in-bound calls and email enquiries from clients
  • Liaising with clients for NIGOs (Not-in-good-orders) instructions
  • Perform middle-office operational tasks such as account opening documents pre-view
  • Prepare client reports
  • Provide operational support to Wholesale Team in Hong Kong
  • Assist with all operational problem and issue resolution
  • Draft and update operational procedures
  • Prepare management reports
  • Support system enhancements and testing
  • Provide back up support to Singapore and Korea Distribution Services
  • Any other related operational tasks
  • Participate in projects and initiatives as directed

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • University graduate in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
  • 3 years or above working experience in Finance field
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Detail Oriented
