Description

  • Supervise a team of CitiPhone Officer to deliver superior customer service to increase customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Perform call monitoring / coaching to ensure the team deliver competent and timely services to customers
  • Ensures the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team
  • Identify cross selling opportunities and achieve team sales goals base
  • May act as backup for manager


Qualifications

  • University graduate  with minimum 3 years' relevant experience in supervisory role in banking industry
  • Possess HKSI Paper I, 7 & 8 or equivalent
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Independent, hardworking, self-motivated and good team player
