We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Group Collections Transformation and Systems Manager .

Principal responsibilities
  • Providing proper oversight across the Collections function and subject matter expertise to support the overall demand management process across Local, Regional and Global Operations activities, according to the demands and priorities of an evolving business. Work closely with Regional Credit Collections Services Ops Support team to formalize initiatives, including new Digital priorities.
  • Responsible to maintain alignment with Global Collections standards in order to optimize Collections performance results against established objectives, while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Lead and support key Global Credit Collection Services and Collections Initiatives.
  • Ownership for delivering against short and long range capability goals, ensuring that they are delivering against strategic objectives at a Local, Regional and Global level, in order to effectively deliver against internal and external stakeholder expectations, helping to enhance the transformation programme within Credit Collections Services.
  • Delivery of high quality outputs for customers, colleagues and stakeholders and persisting in this aim regardless of difficulties and challenges in line with established business values
  • Positive and constructive approach towards problems using appropriate tools and techniques to deal with them swiftly and effectively
  • Taking ownership of risk and compliance and having the courage to question practices and actions in the best interests of protecting the organization and its customers according to established values
  • Balancing the need to manage risk effectively with the need to maximise business opportunities through correct use of appropriate tools and techniques
  • Understanding how the role impacts upon our customers, stakeholders, colleagues, always looking for ways to satisfy them and enhance their experience by keeping up to date with, and anticipating, changing needs

Requirements
  • Ability to implement business strategies and plans and prioritising activities to make sure the desired results are achieved
  • Experience in a high volume Collections production environment
  • Understanding what is required to be successful and competitive in the local and global marketplace
  • Delivering the right services and solutions to customers, colleagues and stakeholders, in the right way and at the right time, in line with defined strategy, principles and values
  • Championing and supporting change in the interests of all stakeholders
  • Experience in leveraging analytics to the collections process
