Within the Global Trading Solutions (GTS) unit in the Investment Bank division, platform management is a key Front Office function that represents the business in driving the strategy, design and delivery of process and technology changes. The candidate will join the Structured Products platform team in APAC, working closely with business partners and technology partners to manage the delivery of daily business requirements, enhance the suite of product and advisory services, and contribute to strategic projects on a global scale.
Key responsibilities will be to act as a product owner and business SME for the Structured Products infrastructure, prioritizing and translating business demands into requirements and designs, as well as ensuring that technology teams always have adequately planned roadmap and the required knowledge to deliver timely and successfully. Of equal importance will be the responsibility for conveying the vision of the partners to the delivery teams across technology teams and other functions front-to-back.

Platform Management is a front office team with primary responsibility over GTS's infrastructure strategy, providing business and design leadership to product enablement, system consolidation and feature enhancements. The team works with senior partners across the investment bank, as well as technology and COO teams, to drive the implementation of sophisticated tools and analytics for both internal and external clients, and improve their day-to-day workflow. This requires the development of innovative solutions and processes, as well as enhancing existing ones.
