A) Strategic Planning, Business Development & Partnership Management
  • Work closely with Customer Management Team in formulating and executing the GBA WMC strategy and sales and service model for WMC Launch
  • Be the first touchpoint in collecting Voice of Customers (VoC) and Voice of Partners (VoP) (Chinese bank partners) to continuously improve the sales and service model and journey design
  • Work closely with T&D Sales Management Team to implement performance review & develop efficient sales model
  • Identify business development opportunities and make potential business referrals to International Banking Team
  • Develop and drive strategic focus and activities management that aligns with overall bank strategy

(B) Journey and Process Design
  • Refine branch sales processes and review the service level agreement standards to achieve greater efficiency in business operations
  • Drive customer journey improvement based on VoC and VoP insights
  • Drive and design-for-no-operations straight through processing with Branch Operations, Technology and Operations and Digital
  • Drive the next best conversation opportunities via intelligent banking nudges to keep customer engaged in a compliant way, working closely with Business Analytics and Customer Management and products team
  • Work closely with various department i.e. Customer Management, Digital, Customer Experience, Call Center, Operations and product teams to improve sales and operational efficiency by implementing various initiatives
  • Focal contact point as the bridge between WMC and product team, PNP and to ensure effective launch on new / enhanced feature, transform / streamline selling process with proper preparation on training and clear alert to WMC team for points to note
  • Sought for appropriate solution to smooth the steps in the entire selling process

(C) Control and Compliance
  • Adhere to the Bank's policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security and internal control measures
  • Comply with the Ordinances and Code laid down by the Government and the related regulatory authorities
  • Maintain adequate control to monitor and review regularly and frequently the competence of their staff so as to ensure that their staff members remain competent for their role, taking into account changing circumstances. Review will be conducted in Mid Year / Full Year Performance and Development Review

GBA Wealth Management Connect Specialist reports solid line to GBA Wealth Management Connect Team Head. The candidate is required to achieve business KPIs and provide quality solutions to improve the sales and service model for Wealth Management Connect customers.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferably in sales or support experience, GBA experience and project management. Having proficient product knowledge in Investments & Insurance and on regulated products regulations and guidelines will be an advantage.
  • With passion on being part of the vibrant GBA sales and service team to drive project delivery, transformation, and digital/design-for-no-ops operating model for Wealth Management Connect customers.
  • Having a growth mindset and can work effectively in a highly diverse team, to work with ambiguity and demonstrate passion to learn and be part of the transformation team
  • Self-motivated and committed in developing a long-term career in the bank
  • Demonstrate excellent problem solving and data analytical skills With knowledge in GBA client management and Wealth Management Connect related regulations
  • Solid knowledge & skills of Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
