You will drive Fund Sales & Business Development, responsible for establish, review, and update the policies, procedures and manuals with regard to the group's business on a continuous basis.
Our client is a sizeable international asset manager with a strong presence across the region. They manage a broad spectrum of investment products. They are currently looking for a Sales VP to join their high-performing team.
- Build, manage, and grow our sales & client success teams locally and globally
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with investors - banks, hedge funds, family offices, high net worth individuals
- Establish local and global channels and expand our institutional customer base efficiently
- Have a clear understanding of customer needs and channel feedback to our internal teams effectively
- 6+ years of experience in fund sales, institutional sales & business development in financial services
- Proven track record of developing relationships, negotiating, and problem-solving with both internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Creative, results-driven thinker who can clearly translate priorities into strategy
- Have existing relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, and other sophisticated investors
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a must
