Job Description
- Managing daily fund operations, including trade settlements and reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties.
- Monitoring cash flow and maintaining accurate fund records.
- Preparing operational reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Supporting the on-boarding process for new funds and clients.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Assisting in system enhancements and process improvements.
- Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of fund operations and financial regulations.
- Experience in trade settlement and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in using financial systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1-year fixed-term contract renewable.
