Your new role
• Coordinate regional marketing collateral, assist with campaign execution, and maintain brand compliance across client-facing materials.
• Assist organisation of end-to-end client events, seminars, and corporate functions, including venue sourcing, guest list tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Manage daily office operations, complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
• Draft professional communications, serve as an internal point of contact, and assist relationship managers with client onboarding and meeting preparation.
What you'll need to succeed
• University graduate
• Good written and spoken English
• Some knowledge of marketing and events management
• Proven experience in organising digital files and handling day-to-day administrative tasks independently.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data entry, organising datasets, creating pivot tables, and keeping records structured.
• Attention to detail and task execution with minimal oversight.
• Cheerful, proactive, and positive attitude,
• Availability for the next 2-3 months and immediately available
