About the team
The Hong Kong Human Resources Section is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the Hong Kong office.
Role requirements
- Provide HR support with primary focus on recruitment and on-boarding processes, payroll and benefits administration.
- Support on-boarding processes for new hires including p-file handling, record creation in HR systems, probation completion monitoring etc.
- Maintain accurate employee data records in HR systems and documents handling.
- Support recruitment activities, overall HR office administration and process improvement projects etc.
- Prepare regular HR reports and support other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Work experience, education and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in human resources in financial services institutions or large multi-national corporations is desirable.
- Experience in specialized HR practice, i.e. Compensation and Benefits or others is desirable.
- Experience with HR systems, i.e. SAP SuccessFactors, MRC etc. is desirable.
- Fresh graduate with relevant HR internship experience will also be considered.
- Attention to detail, ability to practice policies and procedures and work under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
