About the team

Infrastructure Delivery & Operation (IDO) is responsible for System Daily Operations for both Head Office systems and local EUC systems. IDO provides IT support for hardware, software installation and maintenance as well as Field Support services to the business users. IDO is also holding responsibility for the promotion and implementation of IT solution projects.

The ID & Database Management Team is responsible for ID and access authority control for the branch. Besides the team also conduct the Database management and Software license control. Some periodical review for system access control and other IT projects will involve the team too.

Role requirements

1) To follow the policy & direction of the Section / Dept. / Branch, & to assist your superiors in accomplishing the Section’s / Dept’s / Branch’s overall duties & responsibilities at all times.

2) To delegate the assignments and supervise subordinates in overall daily security control operations of all systems

3) To perform system security related duties such as control User ID of each system, monitor unauthorized access / use and conduct User ID registration related operations.

4) To make application / call memo / instruction sheet and all the necessary reports / documents.

5) To perform checking number of License Control before installation and create control documents.

6) To implement Information security Control related IT issues and procedures and perform License control including approval function at software installation.

7) To perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Essential Functions

• To perform assigned tasks in a correct and timely manner

• To always observe compliance of policies and procedures

• To monitor and make recommendations for process improvement

• To provide covers all activities related to the team for holiday/sickness

Competencies

• Strong organizational and time management skill

• Rich knowledge about Software License scheme

• Good team player, self-motivated and good communication skil.

Work experience, education and skills

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, information Security, computer science or related discipline.

• More than 5 year’s IT experience in financial industry
