Fintech - Adobe Target Expert - Manager Level
  • Owns interaction points with members of core team (e.g., channel ops specialists, creative, measurement) and any other relevant stakeholders to get tests out the door (e.g., vendors / partners)
  • Leads stand-up for pilots (s)he is test lead for
  • Oversees overall pilot design. Sign off test briefs initiated by platform specialists
  • Acts as "air traffic control" for channel(s) - has strong understanding of channels and full line of sight into other priorities / pilots / test
  • Lead team in conceptualizing and designing tests / initiatives across lines of businesses
  • Drive test & learn approach by leveraging advanced MarTech stack to design and deliver the tests (including strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager)
  • Develop an experimentation culture across the agile squads based on test and learn
  • Evaluate maturity of capabilities and processes and deliver recommendations for continuously streamlining efforts and improving conversion results
  • Support the design and implementation of page tagging, configuration of testing and targeting campaigns, and report construction
  • Engage with data analytics to assess & report test performance and projections
  • Manage dependencies and efficiently communicate plans, issues and results with senior management on a proactive and regular basis
  • Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people across MarTech, and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles
  • Collaborate with a range of partners, e.g., Web Management, Online/Mobile platforms, Digital Banking, Digital Marketing, Marketing agencies, Legal, Compliance, Security
  • Display awareness and understanding of the Operational Risk Framework for Retail Banking
  • Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating Operational Risks pertaining to process changes in MarTech
  • Display awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree required; graduate degree preferred
  • At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and sales with specific focus on conversion rate optimization; Minimum 3+ years working in a product marketing capacity preferred, i.e., partnered closely with Agile development teams
  • Proven experience in running A/B and MVT tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO & Landing Page optimization
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Tech stack, in particular strong hands-on experience and expertise with using Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics
  • Deep knowledge in Web Development and Front end management, including JSS/CSS coding
  • Knowledge of other campaign management systems, e.g., CMS, Tag Manager, Doubleclick, Google Optimize, etc. is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and design thinking
  • Compelling vision of the future of Digital and translation into effective strategies and actions
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and should thrive in high expectation scenario with many stakeholders
  • Efficient and confident communicator with very strong relationship building skills
  • Energy and desire to succeed; follows through on commitments; pushes self and others to deliver exceptional results
  • Strong collaboration, consensus building, problem resolution and communication skills are a prerequisite
  • Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions
  • Experience in Retail banking is a major plus
  • Experience in working with data analysts to project and report behavioral and revenue data is a strong plus
