Responsibilities:

1. Drive the comprehensive advancement of foreign exchange derivatives trading business, and take full charge of the planning, rollout and iterative optimization of supporting trading infrastructure systems;
2. Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for FX derivatives including foreign exchange options, covering market-making quote pricing, post-trade settlement processing, and real-time market risk monitoring and control;
3. Build standardized research systems and analytical frameworks dedicated to FX derivatives;
4. Polish quoting logics and active trading strategies to accurately identify and seize cross-market arbitrage and directional trading opportunities;
5. Cultivate long-term, stable cooperative partnerships with institutional counterparties engaged in FX derivatives transactions, and sustain regular communication to maintain relations.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative majors;
2. Proficient in derivative pricing models, equipped with strong mathematical literacy and skilled at statistical analysis and model-based pricing;
3. At least 5 years of FX derivatives trading experience, specializing in pricing logic, trade settlement processing and counterparty account management;
4. Able to carry out FX derivatives system construction, trading strategy, counterparty account management and other relevant core tasks;
5. Experience in FX-qualified securities companies highly preferred.
