The primary task for this role is to provide direct day-to-day service to the local office users by investigating and resolving problems and by providing information about the application and system. Application Support will do this in close collaboration with regional/global support teams. You will act as the first point of support for system incidents including trading, applictions, and you'll provide Market Data service support and document requests for trading tool enhancements.
To be considered, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Ideally, you have experience supporting traders in a hedge fund or other financial institutions, and you should have solid experience supporting OMS/EMS, FIX messaging and connectivity, Bloomberg and Reuters. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are a must.
