Responsibilities

  • Ensure that End User support and IT services provided to VIPs and end users meet established service level commitments and satisfaction
  • Responsible for managing and reporting on metrics regarding day-to-day end user support activities
  • Responsible for the management of IT policies and procedures related to End User Computing including Incidents, Events and Problem Management
  • Improve existing and acquire additional technical skills and business knowledge needed for the job
  • Work closely with peers in technology teams, end users and service providers to design, implement and improve overall service delivery and efficiency

Requirements:

  • University Graduate in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
  • Solid 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Service Desk and VIP service
  • Experience in support of VMware and Office 365
  • Business Support Experience on Windows End Point Device and iOS/Android Device
  • ITIL and the related certificates wil be nice
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
