The Role & Landscape:

1. Design, build, and maintain low-latency algorithmic trading systems and analytics platforms used globally.
2. Partner directly with quants and traders to build out strategy modules, run back-testing, and wire AI/ML signals into live order flow.
3. Work across execution management systems (EMS), market data feeds, and exchange connectivity infrastructure.
4. Build custom execution algorithms, including Wheel strategies tailored for key clients.
5. Review code and mentor junior developers to uphold technical standards across the platform.

What We Are Looking For:

1. 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience focused on trading systems and algorithmic execution.
2. Strong mastery of Java within low-latency, performance-sensitive environments. C++/ C# developers will be considered for other teams.
3. Demonstrated track record working alongside quant teams, handling market data feeds, EMS, and strategy back-testing setups.
4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
5. Spoken and written fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
