Our client is an established Asset Manager. They are expanding the Asset Management business in Hong Kong and looking for a high calibre candidate to join their sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Report to Head of ETF & Headquarter 
  • Cultivate ETF relationships with the Pensions, insurance companies, ETF Asset Managers, and Global Asset Managers
  • Expand coverage in Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc.
  • Grasp business opportunity
  • Involve on product strategy
  • Work closely with the Head on Sales & Marketing Strategy
  • Build Institutional Marketing plan 
  • Manage retail and general marketing such as broker event, seminar, etc.
  • Work closely with Capital Market team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of ETF business experience, preferably in Asia
  • Strong one-to-one / small group relationship management and selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in building businesses, entrepreneurial
  • Confident, self-reliant and good team player
  • Ability to leverage resources internally
  • Knowledge of pension finance, investments, fixed-income markets, equities, international, real estate, private equities, defined contribution and the state of the industry
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
