The core responsibility will be to ensure the markets within the portfolio are on track for the delivery of their TDA projects and metrics. Responsible for ensuring the portfolio market TDA KPIs are in good order for the current and future reporting cycles. Responsible for working with the local market Transformation Office to understand the key project risks in the portfolio markets. Responsible for engaging with relevant stakeholders (Transformation Office Head, Work stream Leads, Regional Business Development heads etc.) to ensure any TDA portfolio related escalations are addressed. Responsible for managing market deep dives should they become necessary. Responsible for managing market interaction with the COE from a supply, demand and finance recharging perspective with support from PMO lead

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing communications with the market Transformation Office and the country TDA steering committee
  • Responsible for ensuring market KPIs are received on time and in an orderly manner month on month
  • Responsible for having a qualitative view on variances in KPIs if any and linkage to specific projects contributing to the same
  • Responsible for flagging and driving mitigation of the key project risks in the markets
  • Responsible for working with the work stream leads and local steering committees to ensure alignment between the country and the Group plans
  • Manage the demand aspects from the portfolio markets from the Group centres of excellence and ensure the recharge mechanism is in place
  • Responsible for managing internal communications from the group with the portfolio markets with respect to TDA working closely with the PMO lead
  • Responsible for helping forecast capability shortfall in the markets on TDA talent and assisting with the remediation plans
  • Responsible for managing knowledge sharing sessions (in conjunction with PMO Lead) with portfolio markets on specific topics of interest within the TDA
  • Responsible for assisting the market specific strategic planning on TDA

Job Requirement
  • 15+ years of technology and /or business transformation experience
  • Proven experience in managing large scale program transformation offices
  • Critical thinker, natural leader and deal shaper from enterprise perspective with experience in managing and mentoring diverse cross-cultural teams within complex environments
  • Understand the complexities and challenges of the organization, integrated processes, information and technologies in order to develop future-state models to best realize organizational strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and partner with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Innovative self-starter, highly motivated, business savvy with strong people skills
  • Experience in working with multicultural teams is an added advantage
