Responsibility:

Plan and execute the engagement strategy and communications for new and existing customers

  • Reactivate the dormant customers on online banking and mobile banking under different segments
  • Manage and execute digital communications with any possible and innovative channels
  • Understand the existing banking capabilities to address the customers pain points for reactivation
  • Understand the shortfall of existing feature and capabilities and raise the changes with different stakeholders
  • Coordinate and work with Digital Marketing team to roll out engagement plan
  • Develop digital engagement programs for effective lead generation and customer relationship management and to track the effectiveness of the programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively formulate and deploy contents for target audience
  • Write, edit or review contents to ensure a high quality of message delivery to engage customers
  • Able to understand the Bank's image and brand awareness, and the digital features to convert into a campaign strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Computer Science, Finance or technology equivalent academic
  • 8+ years of related work experience in the digital field of sizable retail financial organizations
  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills who is able to flex between strategic and tactical items for varying audiences
  • Able to work in complex organization structure, and coordinate various business stakeholders to achieve a common business goal
  • Able to build business relationships and work effectively with internal & external stakeholder
  • Good communication skills to enable meaningful dialogue with technology & business stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills in interpreting data and translating into insights
  • Able to make sound judgment and manage multiple business priorities
