Job Description

As a Director, Data Management & AI Governance, Data Governance, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection laws.
• Overseeing data quality management initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data governance objectives with business goals.
• Providing guidance and training to stakeholders on data governance best practices.
• Monitoring and reporting on data governance metrics and key performance indicators.
• Managing data-related risks and ensuring effective controls are in place.
• Leading a team of professionals and fostering a culture of data accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Data Management & AI Governance should have:

• Proven expertise in data governance within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in developing and implementing data governance strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, information systems, or technology.

What's on Offer

• Annual salary between HKD 1,080,000 and HKD 1,320,000.
