Job Title: Director – Aviation Finance

Role Overview

Lead origination, structuring, and execution of asset-backed lending and debt solutions for airlines, aircraft lessors, and institutional clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Origination: Develop client relationships with airlines and lessors to drive deal flow.
2. Structuring & Execution: Lead end-to-end execution for senior debt, syndicated loans, sale-and-leasebacks, JOLCOs, and ABS facilities.
3. Credit & Risk: Partner with Risk and Legal teams to prepare credit proposals and manage portfolio risk.
4. Syndication: Coordinate with DCM and Loan Syndication teams to manage debt distribution and bank exposure limits.

Requirements

1. Experience: 10+ years in structured finance or corporate banking with a strong focus on aviation lending.
2. Expertise: Deep knowledge of aircraft asset valuation, lease structures, cross-border tax, and regulatory frameworks.
3. Track Record: Proven ability to originate and close multi-million-dollar aviation financing transactions.
4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
