We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Insights Activation Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • Through the use of various data points determine solutions that will significantly impact the business ability to drive Digital Sales or share of digital sales, Digital engagement, Digital and Mobile Actives, Digital revenue and or materially reduce costs.

  • This will be achieved by developing action plans that are prioritized by data lead hypothesis, analytics team and other sources of data that are seen, heard, read or experienced

  • Gain an understanding of consumer behaviours which provide insight into potential commercialisation opportunities

  • Size the total opportunity by market which will be determined based on the markets current position

  • Create a best performance execution plan where ownership and accountability is clearly defined for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure delivery of plan within agreed timescales or milestones with the global commercialisation and local business teams using a range of influencing skills. The Analyst will often take a hands-on approach to ensuring delivery.

  • Track and capture results to feed into future discovery creating best in class ways of working to drive global metrics

  • Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external sources of potential insight

  • Execute agreed approach and targets from Global Digital Commercialisation to ensure alignment of activity against Retail Banking and Wealth Management objectives, both on a global and local basis

  • Work collaboratively with global and local functional groups as required

  • Work collaboratively with Digital as a Channel teams as required to identify and deliver best practice executions

  • Personally ensure that any action plan is executed with a positive tangible commercial outcome

  • Establish excellent working relationship with digital teams and the wider content requestors community across the business

  • Identifying key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate

  • Adhere to the governance process to support the successful implementation of the resulting action plans

  • Identifying key risks, issues and interdependencies and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Supporting audit or independent programme assessments as required

  • Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices, report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events

  • Evolve and contribute to teams operational processes to ensure best operational practices are identified and scaled practices



Qualifications
Requirements

  • University graduate

  • Digital Marketing or Internet or Management Consulting or Retail Banking background where there is rigorous use of data and insights to develop constantly evolving consumer propositions or communications and to problem solve

  • Possess a natural ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging manner which will result in organisational behaviour changing action

  • Have excellent analytical skills with proven ability to understand complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses to be tested and delivering recommendations

  • Have a strong Commercial focus, ability to balance risks versus rewards and maximize the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities

  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues

  • Innovative, the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals.

  • Respectful of different cultures

  • High levels of resilience and self-motivation
