Your role
Are you a leader for the new era of digital banking? Do you have it in you to build a team to passionate, professional, digital bankers? Are you are a digital native?
We're looking for someone like this to:
â€" manage Client Advisors to provide clients appropriate solutions based on their needs and objectives
â€" manage sales performance against the desk goals
â€" build an energetic team, passionate about technology and using digital tools
â€" optimize the use of all of the tools available in house to build revenues and strengthen customer engagement
â€" interface with our innovation teams to provide business requirements for future products or fintech partnerships
â€" ensure desk activities comply with all relevant regulation, policies and standards using full transparency

Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management team in Hong Kong. Our team offers solutions for managing wealth and planning succession.

Your experience and skills
You have:
â€" 5+ years experience in financial services industry whereas 2+ years of experience in a management role within a digital setting
â€" familiarity with prevailing digital trends, ecommerce and digital vendors and applications in the financial services or ecommerce
â€" excellent relationship management capabilities with an extensive understanding of product and investment knowledge

You are:
â€" a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
â€" an expert at building networks and connections
â€" someone who likes to take responsibility for driving change as well as results
â€" demonstrate and drive best practice in sales, prospecting and acquisition in Hong Kong
â€" able to think creatively to improve strategic plan delivery capability and benefits
â€" agile in dealing with cultural and linguistic diversity
