We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Content Manager.
Support Director of Investment Content Strategy, Asia to develop WeChat communication and development strategy to support the Greater China Growth initiative
Collaborate with content contributors to script, polish and execute content posts on WeChat
Monitor and analyse client usage statistics, platform traffic and user engagement metrics on WeChat to identify customer needs, business opportunities and close service gaps
Develop and implement digital content strategy to promote internal and external usage of Chief Investment Office materials and product contents, provides collaborative and proactive oversight and guidance to streamline content distribution process
Manage and optimise the Global Digital Content Management System platform to enable automated and effective distribution of investment contents to clients including soft launch in Asia
Responsible for the day to day portal administration, content planning, maintenance and technical troubleshooting of the Global Digital Content Management System platform in collaboration with the global workgroups or relevant vendors
Monitor and analyse client usage statistics, web traffic and user engagement metrics on the Global Digital Content Management System
Keep up to date on best practices for digital communications and on the forefront of trends, technology, media and best practices in managing web content
Coordinate and drive Chinese content management and distribution process via traditional and digital tools
Support broader Investment Service Product Solution teams to provide Chinese content materials
Responsible for adhoc translation of investment contents into Chinese and scripting of investment narratives in both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese
Assist the development and production of videos and other multimedia deliverables
Proven work experience as content manager, translator or relevant role
Significant years experience in content management and translation
University degree in Finance, Linguistic, Business, Marketing, Communications, Chinese Languages or relevant field
Strong competencies in content optimisation, content development and scripting
High language proficiency in Chinese and English, in particular Simplified Chinese, both spoken Mandarin and written
A team player, organised, reliable, attention to details and adaptive to changes
