Your role
Are you at your best when solving problems for clients and building long-term relationships? Are you familiar with digital banking trends and embrace technology? Do you have a proven track record in client advising and selling leveraging digital channels?
We are looking for someone who can help us:
- establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- maximize client assets and revenues under UBS management on the Digital desk
- drive the adoption and utilization of digital banking with clients to deliver client experience and strengthen customer engagement
- deliver KPIs as agreed with the respective business line in Hong Kong
- be part of energetic team, passionate about technology and innovation
- select advisory processes and agreements designed to meet our clients’ needs, objectives and expectations
- keep accurate, up-to-date client investor profiles
- develop a client investment strategy and keep a close eye on portfolio quality
- comply with all regulation, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture

Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management team in Hong Kong as part of the Digital Desk, to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients using our digital platforms and channels.

Your experience and skills
You have:
- proven experience in the financial services industry
- a firm grasp of product and investment knowledge and regulatory frameworks
- familiarity with prevailing digital trends, ecommerce and digital applications in financial services
- excellent relationship management capabilities
You are
- passionate about digital technolgies and trends
- always looking for innovative ways to improve the client experience
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- a dynamic and flexible team player with good communication skills
- a perfectionist in everything you do
- fluent in English and relevant local language (Cantonese / Mandarin) subject to the respective country teams
