Responsibilities:
Prepare and document business functional/non-functional requirements.
Work closely with Product Owner and Business Users on requirements analysis & design.
Liaise closely with various business unit users.
Provide regular progress updates to the Product Owner.
Creating user stories with acceptance criteria.
Testing of software platforms to meet acceptance criteria.
Prioritizing product backlog alongside Product Owner.
Develop in-depth Business process knowledge and technical skills relating to technology within the Business.
Work in Agile environment alongside testers, developers, product owners reporting to Product Owners/Project Managers.
Requirements:
University degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of hands on experience in project coordination duties with proven record in project management in IT or Change Management department.
Hands-on experience in functional/non-functional requirements gathering.
Strong business analysis experience with technical background.
Experience in writing user stories and testing.
Ideally some experience in UX/UI design (business processes/solution design).
Familiar with system development life cycle, change management, project management activities, Agile methodology, Feature-driven development.
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadlines.
Dynamic person, adaptive and fast to absorb domain knowledge.
Eager to propose fresh ideas, pragmatic, solution driven approach.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English with ability to present ideas in a professional manner.
