To cope with our business growth, we are inviting high caliber professionals to join our Hong Kong Branch for the following positions:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of Policy Service Department (both in house and outsource) to comply with SLA, corporate and regulatory requirements
  • Setup departmental KPIs, individual performance objectives and responsible for regular follow-up, evaluation, audit, quality uplift, operation efficiency improvement, benchmarking and staff development
  • Lead the team to consistently review and update existing procedure manuals, guidelines and training manuals in accordance with corporate standard to ensure compliance to regulations, service consistency and transparency and  contribution to knowledge database
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating BAU system enhancement and product development activities to meet business priorities
  • Identify areas for improvements, drive initiatives and implement solutions in Policy Service for service excellence. operations efficiency and customer experience uplift with application of digital strategy

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 12 years experiences in relevant life operations policy administration with at least 8 years in supervisory/ managerial experience and have a thorough understanding in regulatory requirements like AML, FATCA, CRS, GN16 and Levy etc. 
  • Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to lead multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and capable to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
