Our client, a leading bank, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Delivery Manager to join the Credit Card IT team supporting large scale Credit Card Platform initiatives.
This is a hybrid BA/PM role requiring strong credit card domain expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
The successful candidate will act as the key liaison across banking's Business, Transformation, and Technology functions, ensuring business requirements are translated into successful project outcomes while driving delivery across a complex matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from credit card business stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and governance.
• Act as the bridge between Business, Transformation, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Manage a broad range of stakeholders across upstream and downstream teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and project steering meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of project deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution milestones.
• Support business process improvement and transformation initiatives within the credit card domain.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Delivery Management, or a hybrid BA/PM role.
• Experience within the Credit Cards domain.
• Strong retail banking industry experience.
• Solid understanding of credit card products, operations, and technology change initiatives.
• Candidates from card schemes or payment organizations such as Visa or Mastercard are highly desirable.
• Proven track record managing complex projects within large matrix organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging business, transformation, technology, and vendor teams.
• Strong communication, requirements gathering, and delivery management capabilities.
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin communication are mandatory.
