Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Capgemini leadership team to strategize delivery operations across APAC
- Work closely with senior stakeholders within Client firms including CXOs
- Support and drive the business growth
- Responsible for planning and delivery including quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for people processes in the account, competency development and people engagement
You will come with:

- Experience with Insurance domain
- Knowledge of new technologies, platforms, tools and products and their respective applications
- Strong experience of delivery management, various delivery models etc.
- Ability to construct & drive Solutions, program management and estimation reviews
- Experience leading large Program and Portfolio management
- Experience in delivering fixed price projects through onsite/offshore model.
- Establish Quality standards and drive the efficiencies
- Deep understanding of the delivery cycle
- Awareness of global industry trends, directions and its impact on IT services
