We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Data Standards Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support the engagement with core regional and local stakeholders within both the business and the IT community, particularly focussed on Markets including Corporate Sales, ICG, FX and Commodities, Equity, Fixed Income and BSM
  • Support the engagement with core regional and local stakeholders within both the business and the IT community, particularly focussed on Banking
  • Support the engagement with core regional and local stakeholders within both the business and the IT community, particularly focussed on HSS including CLTA, Custody, Fund Service, Trustee and Fiduciary
  • Shape or suggest the right priorities, and engage with the CDO and strategic project teams to ensure those priorities are embedded within the execution work streams
  • With the wider CDO team, provide data consultancy and analysis to GBM stakeholders and project teams, to resolve or provide recommendations for resolution of data issues
  • Communicate with stakeholders so that the full benefits of the implementations are understood, and the partnership with CDO is strategically valuable to the business


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Relevant experience with excellent knowledge of investment banking or global markets
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements for Financial Services industry
  • Experience of working with and influencing senior management level stakeholders
  • Ability to build connections, promote ideas and work collaboratively across working group level stakeholders and across regional and business boundaries
  • Ability to synthesize information through excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Logical and practical. Has the ability to see the wood through the trees and act on it
  • Translate the high level abstract idea to practical implementation that fit for purpose to business.
  • Self motivated, focused, detailed oriented and able to work efficiently to deadlines are essential
